the rental fee does not cover food and catering services. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred licensed caterer to provide food services for your event. While we provide a well-equipped caterer's kitchen to facilitate smooth food preparation and service, the actual catering, including the cost of food, beverages, and any associated service charges, will be separate from the venue rental fee. This arrangement allows you to customize your food offerings based on your tastes and budget while enjoying the charming setting of our venue for your celebration.

You have the flexibility to choose your preferred caterer for your event at our venue. The only requirement is that the caterer must be licensed. Additionally, we provide a caterer's kitchen to facilitate food preparation and service, ensuring your event runs smoothly, and your guests enjoy a delightful dining experience.

We offer exclusive bar services with a range of selections to cater to different preferences. Our bar service includes 5 hours of alcohol service with a one-hour break during dinner, garnishes, classic mixers, clear plastic cups, plastic beer cups, and cocktail napkins. We have various packages to suit your needs, each offering a different assortment of beverages including a selection of beers, wines, and seltzers. Additionally, we can arrange for Bride and Groom Specialty Drinks, wine on the table, and a champagne toast for an additional cost.

Yes, you can customize your bar package within the selections we offer. We have a Classic and Premium package with varying beverage options.

The Classic package includes a choice of 3 beers, 3 wines, and 1 seltzer along with non-alcoholic beverages like Coke products, lemonade, tea, and water.

The Premium package includes everything in the Classic package plus a selection of spirits like brandy, whiskey, vodka, rum, tequila, and amaretto.

The number of bartenders available can be arranged based on your needs. There is a separate charge per bartender. Please get in touch with our venue representatives for more detailed information regarding bartender services and any associated costs.

No, shots are not included in the bar service packages. However, a variety of other alcoholic beverages are available to ensure your guests have a memorable time.

We do not allow any outside alcohol or tailgating on the premises. Should any guests be observed with their own alcohol, they will be kindly requested to cease this action immediately. All weddings feature an open bar, so we encourage you to delight in the beer, wine, and spirits selected and provided by the Bride and Groom for your enjoyment!

We understand that pets are part of the family, and while they are allowed during the ceremony, we do not permit dogs or other pets inside the barn. This helps to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the barn; however, we have designated outdoor areas for smoking, with receptacles provided for safe disposal of cigarette butts and cigars. Please note that the use of illegal drugs or marijuana/THC vaping is strictly prohibited on the property.

The bar service will cease at 10:30pm, with the wedding festivities drawing to a close at 11pm.
